Oxley College was looking to refurbish the external facade of their dated uniform shop. Being the old care takers home, it was looking run down with rotted timber fascia, and windows with deteriorating paint allowing moisture to seep in making it ripe to eventually become rotten. Rotted timber fascia. Eaves were sunken down due to gutters not having been cleaned frequently enough and water overflow. |
A new colour scheme by the school was provided, making the appearance more inline with the existing design. The repairs along with the new colours giving the uniform shop a new life.
The eaves were fixed, placing a beading behind the fascia to prop up and provide extra support giving a clean finish.
