File specifications & requirements for digital artwork files:

- PC format is required, mac files to be converted to suit.
- We can use: cdr, eps, pdf, ai, psd, tiff, and jpeg formats providing images are of suitable resolution and file conversion.
- We prefer eps or pdf files set up at 25% of finished size, 300dpi at this scale. Although for small to medium format printing, the highest resolution you can use without creating unusable file sizes, the better.
- Please convert all fonts to paths, and supply file in CMYK colour mode. If exact colour matches are required please supply your company style guide, or all corresponding PMS colours to suit so a visual match can be cross referenced with your print.
- Font or color matching, artwork design charges - we're happy to assist you with matching fonts or colors, editing your artwork or designing your product from scratch. Design fees for this service will apply either as a fixed or hourly rate depending on the project. This information will be specified on your quote.
- Specific fonts - Some fonts are not available for free. Should the font you wish to use attracts a fee, it is the responsibility of the client to bear the cost. Alternative free fonts could be used as an alternative and will be subject to approval from the client prior to the commencement of the project.
- Specific Colours - If possible, please supply an accompanying colour print out or low res proof for accuracy.
- Files should be set up with a minimum of 10mm bleed on all edges, with crop marks outside of this area if applicable.
- Please note: we can not accept Microsoft Word, Excel or Publisher files as artwork files.

- Proofing. When proofing artwork electronically, colours seen onscreen should not be considered a 100% accurate representation of the final printed product. Colour references are to be provided with the design brief. It is also the responsibility of the client to double check that all information and details displayed in the artwork are correct to avoid the cost of reprinting.
